Urgent dental care in Woburn

Emergencies we treat — fast

When you're hurting, every hour matters. Call and describe what's happening — our front desk will find the earliest opening and tell you exactly what to do until you arrive.

Severe Toothache

Pain that's constant, throbbing or keeping you up often means infection or deep decay. We find the source and treat it — fast.

Broken or Cracked Tooth

Chipped, cracked or badly broken molars are repaired with fillings, bonding or custom crowns to protect the root.

Abscess, Swelling & Infection

Swelling in your gums, jaw or face needs prompt care. Root canal therapy relieves the pain and saves the tooth whenever possible.

Lost Crown or Filling

Exposed tooth structure is sensitive and vulnerable. We restore it quickly before the damage spreads.

Wisdom Tooth Pain

Impacted or partially erupted wisdom teeth cause jaw pain, headaches and infection. Gentle extractions handled in-house — sedation available.

Knocked-Out Tooth

Time is critical. Call immediately, keep the tooth moist (in milk or in the socket) and head to our Woburn office.

“He listened very carefully. He made no assumptions. He went the extra mile to find, confirm and treat my problem. His people were great and it was apparent from a comment that they respect him. A few days later I had a question and he called me back and helped me through the problem.”

— Anne, Google Review

“Dr. Kamari knows his dental craft. In conversation, I can also tell that he's seriously smart. Better than that is my experience on the human side of being in his chair. He is cordial, considerate, and respectful. I feel that he is looking out for my well-being when I am there; he's not just drilling and filling.”

— Charles, Google Review

“I've been to my fair share of dentists all over MA, but Dr. Kamari stands out the most. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise made my appointment incredibly comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, and his warm personality put me at ease.”

Emergency dental FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can you see me today for a dental emergency?

We prioritize patients in pain and will offer the earliest available appointment during office hours — call (781) 933-4144 and tell our front desk it's an emergency. Availability varies by day, so calling is the fastest way to get a time.

Is a toothache a dental emergency?

Persistent or severe tooth pain, swelling, a cracked or broken tooth, a knocked-out tooth, or a lost crown or filling should all be seen promptly. Pain that wakes you up or facial swelling can signal infection — don't wait it out.

I knocked out a tooth. What should I do?

Call us immediately. Handle the tooth by the crown (not the root), rinse gently without scrubbing, and try to place it back in the socket or keep it in milk. The sooner you're seen, the better the chance of saving it.

Will you pull my tooth, or can it be saved?

Saving your natural tooth is always our first priority. Using high-resolution digital X-rays and CBCT imaging, Dr. Kamari finds the real source of the problem, then explains whether a root canal and crown can save it — or whether a gentle extraction is the smarter path. You'll get honest answers and a complimentary second opinion.

I'm nervous about treatment. Do you offer sedation?

Yes — sedation options are available. Tell us when you call and we'll help you choose what's right for you so you stay calm and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

How much will emergency treatment cost? Do you take insurance?

Costs depend on what we find, and we'll walk you through pricing before any treatment. We accept all PPO plans (in-network with select plans, out-of-network for others) and offer 0% APR payment plans through Cherry with no hard credit check. We do not accept MassHealth at this time.
